Our 47,000 square foot Scottsdale facility incorporates private club space, climate-controlled storage and dedicated staff that caters to the needs of its members and their collectible automobiles. OTTO WERKS, the newest division of OTTO, was born out of the necessity to expand our offerings within the automotive service industry.OTTO WERKS is an industry leader specializing in Porsche and high-end automotive builds, restorations, motorsport preparation, and bespoke automotive projects. Marketing Lead OTTO Car Club & OTTO WERKS The Marketing Lead is a key cross-functional role responsible for managing all marketing and brand communications across OTTO Car Club, OTTO WERKS, and OTTO MARKT. This individual will lead content creation, digital communication, and design initiatives that promote customer engagement, enhance brand cohesion, and drive business growth across all three entities. Primary Responsibilities: • Email Campaign Management:, • Produce and distribute biweekly internal and external newsletters for both OTTO Car Club and OTTO WERKS (alternating weekly)., • Create biweekly sales-focused email newsletters for OTTO MARKT, highlighting inventory and inbound consignments., • Brand & Identity Compliance:, • Ensure consistency and up-to-date formatting of all employee email signatures and business cards., • Design and oversee implementation of branded employee uniforms., • Merchandise & Hard Goods:, • Manage design, production, inventory, and sales of branded merchandise., • Develop and source basic branded items (e.g., license plate frames, keychains, stickers) to support brand visibility., • Web & App Management:, • Update and maintain OTTO Car Clubs website and member app with current events, features, and content., • Coordinate digital marketing for OTTO Car Club events, including invitations, reminders, and post-event recaps., • Digital Advertising & Client Acquisition:, • Market OTTO MARKT listings via email, social platforms, and third-party automotive sales websites., • Promote OTTO WERKS services through active posting and engagement on forums, Facebook groups, Instagram, and other relevant channels., • Develop client acquisition strategies for WERKS and Car Club, including performance tracking and optimization., • Creative Direction:, • Act as the in-house brand steward, ensuring a unified visual and messaging identity across all client touchpoints., • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed to generate high-quality marketing content. Qualifications: • 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual branding skills, • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media scheduling tools, • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple ongoing deliverables, • Passion for automotive culture and brand storytelling is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Vision insurance, • Monday to Friday
