Job Duties and Responsibilities: The order picker will manage online pick ticket orders from customers and management and physically pulls inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of products to our NetCost Market customers. He/ She will also pack orders, prepare them, and load them on trucks for delivery while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date. • Manages pick ticket orders, • Pulls items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements, • Ensures that orders are accurate, • Stages items correctly for delivery, • Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed, • Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch, • Oversees stock replenishment, • Monitors stock control systems and processes specific orders, • Ensures NetCost Market goals are met, • Maintains a high level of health and safety standards, • Shrink wraps products to pallets, • Loads delivery vehicles, • Packs orders as necessary, • Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately, • Previous retail experience preferred, • Experience working with RF Scanner, • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., • Ability to stand and stay on feet for a long periods of time, • Positive attitude, • Exceptional customer service, • Ability to work in fast paced busy environment, • Ability to work in chilled area (refrigerated area), • Excellent communication skills

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment.
