Job Description Job Summary The School-Based 1:1 Teacher Aide works under the direction of the classroom teacher and agency supervisor to provide individualized support to a student within the school environment. This position helps promote academic, social, behavioral, and functional success by implementing teacher-directed and agency-provided strategies.
