Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care aide, your duties may include: • Companionship and emotional support, • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), • Meal preparation and light housekeeping, • Medication reminders, • Transportation to appointments and errands, • Mobility assistance and fall prevention, • Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing, • Monitoring client safety and well-being, • Following individualized care plans, • Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staffQualifications To qualify for this caregiver position, applicants must: • Be at least 18 years old, • Have a high school diploma or GED, • Possess a valid New York State Driver's License, • Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance, • Speak, read, and write English fluently, • Have access to a working cell phone and computer, • Be dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional, • Be comfortable working independently in clients' homesSchedule & Availability Requirements We are hiring caregivers with flexible and open availability. Shifts may include: • 8-hour shifts, • 10-hour shifts, • 12-hour shifts, • Day shifts, • Evening shifts, • Overnight shifts, • Weekends and holidays, • On-call and overtime opportunities Weekend availability is required.
