Job DescriptionJob Title: ReceptionistAbout the Role We’re seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and consultants. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and secure environment while supporting daily administrative operations. You’ll work independently at the front desk, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities • Visitor Management & Security, • Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter., • Screen and grant access to secured areas including vehicle and pedestrian gates, lobby, and stairwell., • Greet visitors professionally, verify credentials, and manage sign-in procedures., • Notify employees of guest arrivals and direct visitors accordingly., • Administrative & Office Support, • Coordinate visitor needs such as conference room setup, kitchen supplies, and lunch orders., • Maintain inventory and order office/kitchen supplies as needed., • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and distribution., • Perform clerical tasks including scanning, data entry, filing, and document preparation., • Run occasional errands for supplies or other office needs., • Workplace Culture & Compliance, • Foster a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment., • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and GMP standards., • Take on additional duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications, • Core Competencies, • Front desk operations and customer service, • Professional phone etiquette and call handling, • Administrative and clerical support, • Visitor greeting and coordination, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Preferred Qualifications, • Associate’s degree in business or related field (preferred, not required), • 2–5 years of experience in an office setting, including bookkeeping, • Familiarity with business English, basic math, and payroll processes The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
