Lifeguard Job Duties: Supervises swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.

LIFEGUARDS: Must have a valid lifeguard certification (within 30 days of hire) and demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards. Clifton Park Pool: Lifeguard & Swim Instructor.
