Camp Zeke is an overnight camp in Lakewood, PA that celebrates healthy, active living. Camp Zeke is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-aligned Aquatic Activities / Waterfront Director to work from June 10, 2026 to August 9, 2026. This position plays an integral role at Camp Zeke. It is a leadership role with many facets, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that our campers have an amazing and safe time while using our pool and lake and that our staff strive to be the best they can be, while creating a warm and inviting community. • Supervise the entire aquatics team to insure that the health and safety of the campers is maintained at all times while they are engaged in lake or pool activities (This includes lifeguard positioning, area of camp assignment and shift changes as needed)., • Strictly enforce all waterfront procedures with both the lifeguards, camp staff and campers as described in Camp Zeke’s waterfront manual., • Supervise the mechanized and non-mechanized boating program to ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times., • Maintain and/or inform camp maintenance team when an issue occurs to the powered boats on the lake.
