Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (or Biology that has had chemistry and organic chemistry classes)., • 2- 5 years of experience in R&D, formulation, emulsions, and other forms of color product formulations., • Well organized and highly detail oriented., • Must work well with others and communicate effectively., • Strong understanding of cosmetic raw materials, formulation principles, production equipment., • Strong color matching skills., • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.
