Job Description RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist I to join our HR team and work in our West Babylon, NY Headquarters. This individual is responsible for the administrative functions of the HR department and will assist its Director to ensure effectiveness and efficiency across daily operations. This is a key role in supporting the development of our HR team. You should be a dynamic and proactive individual who excels independently but also as a collaborative team member.
