Job Description Overview Looking for A and B technicians for growing Nissan dealership Key responsibilities • Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM software, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced test equipment., • Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, AWD/4WD systems, advanced electrical and hybrid systems, ADAS calibration, and module programming., • Interpret service manuals, TSBs, wiring diagrams, and OEM procedures; complete accurate estimates and repair orders., • Mentor Tech staff, oversee quality control, perform road tests, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards., • Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required. Required skills & qualifications • ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus., • 5+ years dealership or equivalent heavy-diagnostic experience., • Proficient with OEM diagnostic software, module programming, and advanced electrical troubleshooting., • Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills., • Owns a full set of professional tools; valid driver’s license., • Compensation & structure, • Pay potential: $70,000–$120,000+ annually (dependent on skill level, production/flat-rate, specialty certifications, and performance bonuses)., • Pay types may include flat-rate, hourly + incentive, and shop bonuses.
