As a Complex Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to members with complex medical needs while also supporting the clinical strength of the broader care team. You'll work in a fully virtual, interdisciplinary model alongside Community Health Workers, Oncology Nurses, Social Workers, and Nurse Practitioners. Together, you'll help members address both clinical and social needs, and ensure care remains aligned with each member's goals.
