What will I do as a Housing Maintenance Manager for The Wesley Community? • Lead and supervise the Maintenance and Security teams for Woodlawn and Embury, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight., • Ensure buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently., • Oversee life safety and fire compliance, including fire drills, emergency preparedness, and staff training., • Manage preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, and routine facility inspections., • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor/contractor services to maintain high facility standards., • Ensure compliance with state and federal building codes and participate in regulatory inspections., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Technical or trade training in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred., • Certified HVAC Technician certification required., • Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or similar facility setting., • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required., • Strong working knowledge of building construction, maintenance practices, and facility operations., • Experience with boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams., • Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
