Compensation: Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) incentive cash compensation tied directly to revenue you generate, and (iii) generous equity compensation that vests over time. An employee in this role who meets their targets will earn $500,000 in combined cash compensation (base and incentive), with a structure that offers the ability to earn significantly in excess of that for exceeding targets.
