Position Summary: The Senior EHR Support Specialist is the agency’s lead resource for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the MyEvolv Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role is responsible for implementing system improvements, providing high-level user support, designing electronic forms, and ensuring system reliability and compliance. The specialist works closely with departments across the organization to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and improve the overall user experience. This position requires advanced knowledge of MyEvolv, strong form-building capabilities, and a strategic mindset toward EHR support and optimization. Responsibilities: • Serve as the tier 2 point of contact for MyEvolv EHR support, configuration, and troubleshooting., • Design, build, test, and maintain custom electronic forms and workflows within the MyEvolv system., • Documentation compliance in healthcare environments., • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with minimal supervision., • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills., • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities., • Demonstrate proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT troubleshooting tools., • Educate/train team members on form building in MyEvolv system.
