Senior Field Technicians remain hands-on while also leading crews, sequencing work, owning job-site execution, and enforcing installation standards. This role is a direct pipeline to Foreman for individuals who consistently perform at a high level. After a 3–6 month performance-based probationary period, candidates who demonstrate leadership, technical mastery, and low rework rates will transition into the Foreman role with expanded operational responsibility. This is not an entry-level leadership role. We are looking for technicians who already operate at a lead level.
