Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material deliveries throughout the tri-state area. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that blends warehouse responsibilities, inventory control, and driving duties. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse and inventory experience, strong organizational and math skills, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting timely project deliveries. Responsibilities: Inventory & Operations • Maintain and update inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems, • Track all items entering and leaving the warehouse, including purchases, shipments, returns, and transfers, • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock, • Perform cycle counts, generate reports, and reconcile discrepancies, • Identify and report obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving inventory, • Support forecasting and purchase planning in coordination with Sales and Procurement teams, • Inspect returned merchandise and process returns, including updating sales orders or project records, • Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify against purchase orders and packing slips, • Pick, pack, and stage materials for upcoming projects based on schedules, • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility, • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, • Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments, • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently, • Load, transport, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites across the tri-state area, • Safely operate company vans and light-duty trucks in compliance with traffic laws and company policies, • Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred, • 1–2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required, • Experience driving vans or light-duty trucks (CDL is a plus), • Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry tools, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling as needed, • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Expected Hours: 40-50 Hours per week We are currently only considering candidates who already live within commuting distance of our warehouse. This role is not open to relocation and relocation assistance is not provided.
