We are seeking a polished, driven, and relationship-oriented Client Care Coordinator / Client Advocate to join our Great Neck team. This is not a traditional front desk role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, premium service environment and understands that client experience and sales execution go hand in hand. You will guide clients from first interaction through consultation, treatment, and long-term retention. What Youll Do • Serve as the primary non-medical point of contact for clients, • Respond quickly to leads, inquiries, and consultation requests, • Convert leads into consultations and consultations into treatment starts, • Deliver a luxury-level client experience at all times, • Educate clients on services, memberships, and treatment plans, • Conduct consistent follow-up via phone, text, email, and CRM, • Drive rebooking, retention, and long-term client relationships, • Coordinate with providers and team members for a seamless experience, • Maintain accurate CRM notes and sales pipeline tracking, • Support local outreach, events, and partnerships Who Were Looking For • Background in Equinox, Life Time, med spa, plastic surgery, aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or membership sales, • Strong communicator with confidence, warmth, and professionalism, • Experience in consultative sales and relationship-based conversion, • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, • Follows up consistently and does not let opportunities go cold, • Team player who takes ownership and drives results Preferred Experience • 2+ years in sales, client experience, or patient coordination, • Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or high-end service environments, • Proven ability to close, upsell, and grow recurring revenue, • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured follow-up Compensation & Growth • Base salary + performance-based bonus, • Strong earning potential for top performers, • Career growth within a fast-growing wellness brand, • Employee perks and development opportunities Apply if You enjoy premium client experience, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and want to be part of a team transforming health, wellness, and longevity.
