Job Description Experienced Service Plumber Are you a highly skilled and experienced Service Plumber looking to take your career to new heights? Join a leading plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning company with a 70-year legacy of excellence. We're seeking a dedicated Service Plumber to join our team in Farmingdale, NY. In your role as a Service Plumber, you will complete the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures within residential settings. Responsibilities: * Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls. * Repair pipes, tanks and water fixtures as needed. * Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems. * Testing systems for leaks and other problems. * Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. * Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. * Show yourself as a professional and be knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. * Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams. * Ensure truck inventory is up to date. * Complete paperwork accurately and promptly. * Maintain a clean and professional appearance. * Participate in weekly meetings and training for professional growth. * Communicate and consult with homeowners to provide the best options for repair or replacement. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a focus on residential service. * Journeyman or Master's license a huge plus * Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
