The Social Worker will provide individual and group counseling, action planning and interventions, youth advocacy and mitigation, crisis intervention, family support, and facilitate community healing events and practices. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences. Your schedule will be determined with you before starting the role. Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F.In-office day is based on availability if hybrid work is preferredInclude at least four(4)+ hours within your schedule, which should be after 5 pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend. On-call is not required, but checking and responding to emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO.Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week, as a set recurring schedule.
