Job Summary Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our Team! The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology and operational projects across the bank. This role works closely with business units, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. The position supports project governance, maintains project documentation, and provides regular status reporting to senior leadership. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion., • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and status reports., • Coordinate project activities across business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors., • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track deliverables to completion., • Monitor project scope, schedule, and risks, and escalate issues when necessary., • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, project plans, meeting notes, and decision logs., • Track key milestones and ensure stakeholders remain informed of project progress., • Assist in identifying operational improvements and process efficiencies during project execution., • Support vendor coordination and implementation activities for new systems or technology initiatives., • Provide regular status updates to the CIO and senior leadership on project progress and risks., • Ensure projects follow established governance and change management processes. As a Sr. Mechatronics and Robotics Technician, you'll lead a shift, guide fellow technicians and controls partners, and drive continuous improvement for materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems MAKE $120K+/YR!
