Supervises the appearance of dining room tables, including table linens, napkins, silverware, table setup, menu covers, centerpieces, etc., 4. Schedules work assignments for all dining room personnel assigning specific jobs and spot checking to ensure standards are met., 5. Maintains pertinent and appropriate resident and staff attendance records, reservations, incident reports, schedules, special functions, and assists in performing computerized resident billing transactions as needed., 6. Advises the Dining Room Manager regarding dining room status., 7. Assists with planning, scheduling, supervising, and counseling dining room personnel., 8. Assists bus and wait staff on the floor when needed and receives a consensus on resident feedback and satisfaction., 9. Assist servers in cleaning tables, floors, vacuuming, etc., 10.
