We're looking for a porter to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, beverages, and excellent customers service. You love cookies, are always ready to lend a helping hand to a colleague you don't take yourself too seriously. When you join our team, you'll be responsible for providing a friendly, helpful, and responsive level collaboration with the full BOH team. You will be based at any of the mamans. We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to work closely with the BOH team, ensuring the seamless execution of all restaurant and café food operations with a specific focus on the in-person dining experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to support, execute, and refine all culinary operations while serving as a steward of food quality, systems, and team culture. This is a foundational leadership position requiring a sophisticated balance of high-level culinary execution, rigorous kitchen management, and staff mentorship.
