About the role The Data Strategy Manager will serve as the day-to-day lead for client reporting and measurement deliverables, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful, and directly tied to business goals. This role requires 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or media — and will focus on building client relationships, managing reporting deliverables, and collaborating across internal teams (Strategy, Media, Client Services, Data Science, and Project Delivery) to ensure reporting tells a clear, compelling story that drives action. While the role does not include direct reports initially, the Manager will have significant ownership over deliverables, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration, setting the foundation for future growth into leadership roles.What you'll do • Own development and delivery of client reporting, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client goals, • Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner on data-driven insights and measurement approaches, • Translate complex data into clear, narrative-driven insights that inform client strategy and optimization, • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategy, Media, Data, Client Services, and Project Delivery) to ensure reporting outputs are integrated, relevant, and actionable, • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within reporting data and proactively recommend optimizations, • Contribute to the refinement of reporting templates, dashboards, and measurement frameworks to improve clarity, consistency, and storytelling, • Support advanced analytics and modeling initiatives in partnership with Data Science, providing input on reporting needs and client context, • 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, marketing, or media measurement, • Proven ability to manage reporting deliverables, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly to clients and non-technical audiences, • Strong understanding of marketing and media (TV, digital and traditional) performance metrics, reporting tools, and visualization platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio), • Experience working with ad-tech/mar-tech tools, tagging/measurement systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and campaign performance data, • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to link data insights to client KPIs and strategic imperatives, • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables across teams and timelines, • Strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint (or Google equivalents), • Familiarity with statistical models, • Must have healthcare agency experience
