Job Description Hope For Youth's Residential Services Department provides community based, trauma informed, youth and family driven care to adolescents and young adults in Nassau and Suffolk County. Hope For Youth's Adolescent Diagnostic and Respite Services Program ("Diagnostic") provides respite, emergency and diagnostic services for up to 12 youth, co-ed, from ages 12-20. The Diagnostic Program Manager will oversee all case management services, aftercare services, prepare psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. The Program Manger provides direct supervision to Assistant Program Manager, Case Worker and Case Worker Assistant. The Program Manager is instrumental in maintaining the overall functions of the program with the assistance of the Assistant Program Manager.
