The Role As Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that the client experience is seamless, luxurious, and aligned with MARIA TASH'S brand values. If you are a fashion forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be just the person to join our team. We are looking for someone who can: • Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times, • Advise on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings, • Process sales with the highest level of accuracy, • Deliver detailed explanation of piercing aftercare to clients, • Drive sales by increasing average spending and customer retention, • Liaise with the sales team and piercers to offer excellent styling advice to clients, • Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge, • Support VM standards in store We offer a competitive salaries and the potential to earn exceptional sales commission, with prospects for career development with the brand.
