Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Southern Europe region (e.g. Spain, Italy, Portugal), driving market expansion and revenue growth Sales Operations: Independently manage and execute end-to-end sales processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deal execution Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and propose tailored robotics and automation solutions to maximize customer value and satisfaction Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support long-term business growth Channel Development: Identify, recruit, onboard, and continuously develop channel partners in the region. Drive partner enablement, performance management, and joint business planning to enhance market coverage and long-term revenue growth Strategic Contribution: Provide market insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies through analysis of customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments Marketing & Events: Represent Geek+ at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events across Southern Europe, actively supporting sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness Required Skill and Capability Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field 5+ years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, apparel, manufacturing, or automation, ideally with exposure to intralogistics, automation, or robotics solutions Experience in channel partner management and enablement is highly preferred Strong ability to quickly understand company products and solutions and apply strategic and consultative selling approaches Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independence, adaptability, customer focus, and result orientation Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern Europe region (approximately 50%) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong sense of responsibility with a proactive and conscientious working attitude Proficient English is required; Spanish and/or Italian are highly preferred. Other European languages are a plus Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities and prioritize effectively High resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
