Pre-Preg Composite Laminator Palma de Mallorca, Spain Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Preg Composite Laminator to join our growing team in Palma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacturing with a particular focus on pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fibre lay-up. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with high attention to detail and a passion for quality. Key Responsibilities: • Lay-up and laminate composite materials using pre-preg carbon fibre to precise engineering drawings and specifications, • GRP repairs, • Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare moulds for curing, • Operate autoclaves and ovens in line with technical instructions, • Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards, • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines, • Maintain a clean and organised work environment Requirements: • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pre-preg composite laminating, • Strong understanding of composite materials and vacuum bagging techniques, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail, • Reliable, motivated, and a team player, • EU work authorisation or valid permit to work in Spain Desirable: • Experience working with carbon fibre in a marine or yacht setting, • Experience working with pre preg lamination, • Spanish and/or English language skills What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience, • Opportunities for progression, • Work in a dynamic international team, • A chance to live and work in Palma, one of Europe’s premier yachting hubs
