Your Role
As an Upsell Agent, you play a crucial role in boosting both customer satisfaction and company revenue . You advise existing customers on additional products and services that perfectly match their needs. You are a natural at building relationships and know exactly how to translate added value into a successful sale.


Your Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities: Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that add real value .
  • Manage interactions: Engage in enthusiastic outbound calls to discuss our latest innovations with customers .
  • Present & Persuade: Showcase the added value of our extra services and how they enhance the customer’s safety .
  • Negotiate & Close: Persuade customers, negotiate terms, and successfully finalize additional sales.
  • Follow-up: Ensure a flawless experience and respond promptly to any customer concerns .
  • Administration: Accurately record customer data and call outcomes in our systems.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Commercially driven and result-oriented .
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of persuasiveness.
  • Empathic with the ability to listen closely to customer needs.
  • Available full-time for a comprehensive 1.5-week training program .
  • Positive mindset and a great team player.
