What will you do? • Lead and manage end-to-end space missions within the E2E organizational unit, covering projects such as CASSINI, LEOPNT Pathfinder B, ICARUS, or DRACO., • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational goals., • Manage project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery., • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual compliance., • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation., • Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance., • Ensure compliance with space industry standards, ESA regulations, and mission requirements., • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle., • Provide clear, continuous communication to clients and stakeholders, including regular progress reporting., • Support the bid phase, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation., • Manage and negotiate Contract Change Notices (CCNs) during project execution., • Coordinate technical reviews and ensure compliance with mission requirements., • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes. What are we looking for? • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within aerospace, defense, or space programs., • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with international stakeholders., • Knowledge of space systems, including satellites, ground control, and mission operations., • Experience working with ESA standards and understanding the space program lifecycle., • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks effectively., • Strong stakeholder and client communication skills., • Coordination experience with engineering, operations, and quality teams., • Ability to interpret technical documentation and understand system engineering principles., • Experience handling contractual processes, procurement, and CCN negotiations., • Fluent English (written and spoken)., • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
