About the Company OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars. Main Responsibilities Monitoring and Quality Control • Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo brands., • Oversee and ensure vehicle quality during reception, storage and PDI at all entry ports in Spain and identify areas for improvement and coordinate corrective and preventive actions., • Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ., • Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates., • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues., • Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements., • Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed., • Maintain accurate records of dealers/port interactions., • Collaborate with the HQ engineering department to identify and implement solutions for technical problems., • Stay up to date on product training to deliver best-in-class technical support., • Check and translate technical manuals for dealers., • Improve technical information and electrical schematics by reporting any issues found. Requirements： • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automobile, and other related technical majors., • Have more than 3 years’ experience in technical support or distributor technical management. Approved strong technical level both in petrol and electrical cars., • Use the circuit diagram and service manual., • Be familiar with the aftersales problem solution procedure, including but not limited to quality problem feedback, technical analysis., • Minimum English level B2+ / Spanish level (C1 or native), • Work travel/movements: 50% of the time We inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.L., a company with its registered office in Modulo 1 de la planta baja, Avda.
