Comercial de Bodas & Soporte Wedding Buscamos incorporar una persona al equipo de Mas de Sant Lleí para desarrollar una posición transversal entre el Departamento Comercial de Bodas y el Departamento Wedding , con una dedicación aproximada del 60 % al área comercial y 40 % al área Wedding . Su principal misión será atender, asesorar y acompañar a las parejas interesadas en celebrar su boda en Mas de Sant Lleí , desde el primer contacto comercial hasta la contratación, ofreciendo una atención cercana, profesional y personalizada. Dentro del área comercial , se encargará de la atención y seguimiento de nuevos contactos, gestión de solicitudes, realización de visitas comerciales a la finca, presentación de los diferentes espacios y servicios, detección de las necesidades de cada pareja, elaboración y seguimiento de propuestas y presupuestos, resolución de dudas y seguimiento de las oportunidades hasta conseguir el cierre y la contratación. La posición tendrá, por tanto, una clara orientación comercial y a resultados , pero manteniendo el estilo de atención y asesoramiento personalizado que caracteriza a Mas de Sant Lleí. Aproximadamente un 40 % de la posición estará vinculada al Departamento Wedding , colaborando con las Wedding Planners en la preparación y organización de los eventos: elaboración y revisión de minutas, documentación, papelería, actualización de expedientes, recopilación de información de las parejas, tareas administrativas y coordinación interna con los diferentes departamentos. Buscamos una persona comunicativa, organizada, resolutiva y con clara vocación comercial , que disfrute del contacto con el cliente, tenga capacidad para generar confianza y sea capaz de combinar la venta con una buena organización y seguimiento. La incorporación contempla un periodo inicial de formación y acompañamiento , para conocer en profundidad Mas de Sant Lleí, nuestros espacios, gastronomía, servicios, procedimientos y metodología comercial, con el objetivo de adquirir progresivamente autonomía y responsabilidad dentro del puesto. Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! What you’ll do We offer an internship that encompasses two fundamental aspects of this business: hands-on experience and management. In the first part of the internship, the first month, the student will be in the main kitchen of the hotel, where they will be part of various processes and sales points carried out from this kitchen. These include: Production Kitchen – Butchering and portioning meats and fish, preparing bases, pasteurizing stocks, sauces, preserves, and packaging. Banquet Service and Plating – Plating and regenerating group menus, serving coffee breaks and contracted breakfasts. Pastry and Bakery – Preparing desserts, making pastries, bread, and specialties for all hotel restaurants, providing breakfast service in the hotel buffet, show cooking, and creating signature juices. During the second part, the second month of the internship, the student will be part of the team at Lora, a Levantine cuisine restaurant with a Mediterranean soul. The student will rotate through the different sections of the restaurant, which include: Cold Kitchen – Preparing mezzes and starters, recipe bases for finishing in the hot section, marinating, and making stocks. Grill and Oven Kitchen – Facing the customer, preparing "flatbreads" or Arabic bread. We grill marinated meats on skewers and expertly roast the finest fresh fish. Sweet Kitchen – Arabic specialties complement a Mediterranean offer, which will be guided by a renowned pastry chef. In the third part of the internship, the last month, the student will be trained in the more technical side of the kitchen, where our Executive Chef and Kitchen Coordinator will instruct them in: Costing and Technical Sheets of Dishes: Profitability ratios and cost vs. profitability. Inventory Control and Valuation: Minimum stocks, par stock, and an introduction to our purchasing and ordering system, both internal and external. HACCP Protocols: Completing self-control sheets according to current legislation.
