Mission of the Position As our Go-To-Market Specialist, you will work closely with the GTM Manager, acting as a bridge between product and commercial business. You will support the end-to-end GTM lifecycle, contributing to the selection and prioritization of products and initiatives that maximize both our brand equity and our commercial growth. Description of Responsibilities 1. GTM Planning & Operational Excellence • Product & Content Curation: Support the GTM Manager in aligning product selection with the collection and business needs. You will collaborate with Art Direction, Brand, and Content teams to ensure the GTM execution elevates the collection’s narrative., • Framework coordination: Maintain and update the master GTM documentation, ensuring all stakeholders (Product, Comms, Content and commercial departments) are aligned on timelines and objectives., • Alignment: Act as the point of contact between departments to ensure a seamless and effective GTM activation across channels, and brand consistency. 2. Market Analysis & Consumer Insights • Performance Storytelling : Analyze the performance of product launches and brand campaigns. You won't just look at numbers; establishing best practices and insights that inform future GTM strategies and product priorities., • Understanding the market : Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market opportunities. 3. End-to-End Launch & Timeline Coordination • Launch Coordination: Led the end-to-end launch processes, ensuring every milestone—from design to delivery—is met with precision., • Cross-Departmental Synchronization: Serve as the central information point between Product Design, Material Sourcing, Factory Production, and Logistics, ensuring a smooth GTM activation plans, • Risk & Impact Assessment: Proactively identify "red flags" in the production cycle. Responsible for assessing the impact on the GTM launch and coordinating to adjust strategies in real-time., • Track the effectiveness of GTM activities focusing on commercial impact, brand reach, and revenue generation. Requirements for the position: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, • Minimum 2 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, commercial project management, or related roles., • Preferably experience in product marketing, retail, or wholesale business., • Experience in consumer analysis and managing 360º marketing campaigns., • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus., • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Passion for product vision and the footwear industry., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
