Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure the highest quality of food and service.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional kitchen as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food
  • Valid food handling and safety certification
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
