We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business across mid-market clients in the DACH region, with a primary focus on the German market. This role is ideal for a motivated seller who enjoys full ownership of the sales cycle and thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment. About the Company Our client is a leading European SaaS organisation offering an AI-powered spend management and procurement platform. Used by over 200,000 users across major brands, the company continues to scale rapidly and offers a strong, product-led sales culture. What You Will Do • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, • Build and nurture a strong pipeline through targeted outbound activity, • Lead discovery calls and understand customer needs, • Deliver clear, value-focused product demos and presentations, • Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms, • Close mid-market deals with typical sales cycles of 1 to 4 months, • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date What You Bring • Fluent German and strong English, • At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience (SMB or mid-market), • Proven success in prospecting and closing new business, • Consistent achievement of sales targets, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Ability to manage a busy pipeline and multiple opportunities, • Resilient, organised, proactive and comfortable owning results Compensation and Benefits • Base salary between 33,000 and 42,000 EUR depending on experience, • 33,000 EUR uncapped bonus with accelerators, • Relocation package worth 8,325 EUR, including travel support, accommodation and a lump sum allowance, • 4 remote workdays per month and 3 fully remote weeks per year, • Latest Apple equipment, • Modern offices and an international, collaborative team environment Why This Role Attracts Top Sellers You will join a high-growth company with a strong product, a supportive environment and significant room for career development.
