Creative Producer & Brand Designer

Location: Madrid, Spain On site, full time Pink’s!! is growing fast, new stores, new brands, new projects taking shape across the group. With that growth comes a deeper responsibility: everything we create must protect, express, and elevate the soul of the brand. We’re looking for a Creative Producer & Brand Designer who understands that. Someone who can translate identity into a visual language: clear, intentional, and unmistakably us. Someone who knows that design is not decoration. Design is how a brand speaks without opening its mouth. We need a person who can think, design, and execute with purpose. Someone who understands the essence of Pink’s!! and of the brands we’re building, and can turn that essence into real, tangible assets across print, digital, and physical spaces, from stores to screens. You will work closely with the brand and the founders, and your work will be judged on output, quality, and reliability, but also on your ability to bring ideas to life with depth, taste, and purpose. Now, something important about who thrives here: At Pink’s!!, every person on the team is deeply passionate, borderline obsessed, with doing their work exceptionally well. We care deeply about what we do. We’re intentional. We’re curious. We’re the type of people who enjoy going one layer deeper, not because someone asks us to, but because the work deserves it. We don’t thrive with people who are disengaged or indifferent. But we do thrive with people who love their craft, who find joy in solving problems creatively, and who genuinely want to build something meaningful. If that describes you, you’ll feel at home. If it doesn’t, that’s perfectly fine, but this won’t be the right environment. If it does resonate, you’ll fit right in, and you’ll have the opportunity to create work that becomes part of the physical world, our stores, our products, and the culture we’re building every day. ROLE OVERVIEW You will be responsible for a large part of Pink’s!! visual work and for other brands in the group. Your job is to take direction, ask the right questions, and produce clear, consistent work across print, digital, and physical spaces. You will: • Design and produce for print: menus, posters, signage, T-shirts, packaging, labels, in-store graphics., • Design and adapt brand assets for digital: Instagram posts/stories, paid assets, email visuals, landing pages, and basic web UI assets, always consistent with the brand system., • Work on editorial and layout pieces like Pink’s House Library, internal documents, manuals, and presentations., • Prepare final artwork: dielines, print-ready files, color specs, and production assets that can go directly to suppliers., • Build mockups and visualizations to help the team make decisions before spending money on production., • Work with printers and suppliers, follow files from design to delivery, and catch issues early., • Keep files, versions, and brand assets organized and easy to use., • Work across several projects and brands at the same time without losing order or quality., • Use tools, including AI, to explore and speed up parts of the work, not to replace your own criteria or taste., • See gaps, propose solutions, and own full cycles from idea to execution without waiting for hyper-detailed briefs. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We are looking for someone solid in production work, not a designer who stays inside the screen: • Professional-level Adobe InDesign., • Advanced Illustrator: dielines, flawless vector work, and final artwork a printer can trust., • Intermediate to advanced Photoshop and other tools to produce outstanding work., • Real experience with print production: offset, digital, screen printing, DTF., • Strong ability to design for digital formats and constraints (social, web, email) while keeping consistency across the whole system., • Comfortable building clean layouts in Figma (or equivalent) for web and digital assets., • Experience with packaging, materials, and physical constraints., • Strong sense of layout and typography., • Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written., • Extreme attention to detail: mistakes bother you and you fix them before someone else notices., • Curiosity: you ask why things are done a certain way, explore materials, compare methods, and keep learning tools and processes., • Agency, studio, or in-house brand experience are all valid, what matters is what you have actually shipped. HOW YOU WORK This role fits someone who: • Is a self-starter: you look at the pipeline, see what’s missing, and move., • Takes ownership from brief to final delivery., • Accepts direct feedback, adjusts quickly, and improves without drama., • Is used to working with limited time and resources and still delivering clean work., • Keeps their own projects and files organized without constant follow-up., • Cares about consistency and understands that brand is built through repetition and discipline, not random ideas., • Goes deep: materials, printing methods, references, other industries. GROWTH & CULTURE Pink’s!! operates with a simple principle: growth is not based on time, it is based on impact. People here grow when they raise the standard, when their work expands the creative and operational capacity of the brand, when they solve problems before they appear. And that shows up quickly: in responsibility, in scope, and in compensation. Not symbolic raises, real jumps for people who consistently deliver quality, clarity, and ownership. We are a culture of: • Meritocracy, • Speed with intention, • High performance, • Zero bureaucracy and zero bullshit, • Personal responsibility, • Clarity and discipline WHAT WE OFFER • A central design role in a company that is expanding fast., • Direct work with the brand lead and founders on projects that go live in stores, print, and products., • Real responsibility from day one and room to grow if you prove it through your work., • Permanent, full-time contract, on site in Madrid (no remote work)., • Compensation aligned with the level you bring and how fast you grow., • Private health insurance., • Free lunch at Pink’s Monday to Friday., • A culture that values autonomy, speed, craftsmanship, and personal ownership, with low tolerance for bureaucracy and excuses. CHALLENGE TO APPLY If you want to apply, start here: In one page, show how you would turn Real is Rare into a physical object. It can be anything: packaging, an in-store piece, an internal object, or a product. We are not looking for perfection, we care about how you think, how you decide, and how you execute.
