E-Commerce Marketing Manager SVibe · Valencia, Spain · Full-time, On-site €30,000–€38,000 gross/year (all-in) · Reports to: Founder About SVibe SVibe is a sexual wellness brand selling direct-to-consumer across Europe, the US, and beyond. Small team, global reach, growing fast. We don't do bureaucracy — we do results. What you'll do You'll own the DTC channel end-to-end, with influencer marketing as your biggest lever. You'll run our influencer program — sourcing, briefing, managing campaigns, and scaling what works — while also overseeing the agencies and channels that support our growth. Day to day: Lead SVibe's influencer marketing program: manage creator relationships, campaign execution, performance tracking, and scaling the program across markets Manage external agencies across paid social, Google, email/CRM, marketplace, and crowdfunding — briefing them, reviewing output, and holding them to high standards Run our Shopify storefront — CRO, merchandising, UX improvements, and making sure the site reflects the brand Track channel-level performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and make spend decisions accordingly Work with our Content Manager to keep creative and brand voice aligned with growth priorities Improve the full customer journey — from first click to repeat purchase Who you are 3–5 years in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing — ideally brand-side Experience with influencer marketing — you've run campaigns, managed creators, or scaled an influencer program You think in funnels, not just campaigns. Revenue and margin matter to you as much as CTR You've managed agencies or freelancers before and know how to push for better work without micromanaging Comfortable with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, or similar tools Self-starter who thrives in small teams where you own your outcomes Fluent in English Nice to haves Experience with crowdfunding or Amazon Comfortable (and ideally enthusiastic) working in the sexual wellness category What we offer Real ownership of a growing DTC business — no layers between you and impact Direct access to the founder; your ideas get heard the same day A global brand with room to build your team as channels scale Valencia office — great quality of life, and a team that's serious about building the best company in the industry
