About the role We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in monitoring, incident management, and production support to help ensure the availability, stability, and performance of critical platforms and services. This role is ideal for someone who combines an operations mindset with DevOps/SRE practices, enjoys working close to production environments, and wants to grow in cloud operations, observability, and service reliability. What you will do * • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure high availability and performance., • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production environments., • Perform system health checks and support operational stability across cloud-based platforms., • Analyze alerts, logs, and metrics to identify issues and reduce service disruption., • Document incidents, root causes, and operational procedures clearly and accurately., • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve reliability, observability, and response processes., • Participate in on-call rotations and support critical operations during weekends or holidays when required., • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, and production support practices. What we are looking for Required qualifications * • 2–4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, NOC, Helpdesk, IT Operations, or Production Support roles., • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or similar platforms., • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS and/or GCP., • Familiarity with Linux commands, system checks, log analysis, and incident handling., • Experience working with ticketing / incident management tools such as ServiceNow., • Understanding of 24x7 operations and production support environments., • Strong written communication skills and disciplined documentation habits., • Availability to work in a rotating shift environment., • Availability to be part of an on-call rotation. Nice to have * • Experience with automation or scripting., • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD environments., • Understanding of reliability, performance, and service availability concepts., • Previous experience supporting cloud-native or distributed systems. Work conditions * • Work scheme: On-site, 5 days a week., • On-call availability required., • Availability to work Sundays and holidays when needed, compensated according to Mexican labor law.
