Department Overview This position belongs to the Sales Department of Reemoon’s Spanish Branch, mainly responsible for supporting market development and customer service in Southern Spain (Andalusia region). The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Manager and the local technical team to promote Reemoon’s brand presence and sales performance in the region. Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager in customer communication, quotation preparation, order tracking, and contract management; Collect and analyze market data and competitive intelligence in the local area; Support organization of trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer visits; Maintain client relationships and assist with after-sales service coordination; Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and customer databases; Serve as a communication bridge between the local office and the headquarters in China; Perform other related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management team. About you Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or Mechanical/Automation Engineering); Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (experience in fruit processing, machinery, or automation preferred); Proficiency in English (Chinese language skills will be considered a strong plus); Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software; Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Willingness to travel within the assigned region; Valid residence and work permit in Spain.
