This role is crucial for enhancing our recruitment efforts across the EMEA region and will involve collaborating with a diverse and international group of professionals. Role Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your key responsibilities will include: • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience., • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners (HRBPs), others Centers of Excellence (CoE), and Hiring Managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process., • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media (LinkedIn), networking, and industry connections., • Job Posting and Marketing: Create and manage job postings on our intranet and LinkedIn, leveraging our brand to attract top talent., • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates to ensure timely and efficient processes., • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments, providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to inform hiring decisions., • Process Management: Maintain candidate databases, handle recruitment paperwork, and ensure compliance with all hiring practices and policies., • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization., • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding efforts. Qualifications & Experience To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter/ or similar, with a strong background in either recruitment agency or in-house recruitment settings., • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment process., • Familiarity with Recruitment Practices: In-depth understanding of hiring practices and stages, including screening, interviewing, and assessment processes., • Social Media Proficiency: Experience utilizing social media platforms (i.e., LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing and recruitment marketing., • Independent and Team Player: Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment., • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously., • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all recruitment-related activities., • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively., • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges., • Educational Background: BSc/BA in HR, Business, or a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus., • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or in a similar recruitment-related role.
