Job Description Position: Finance Transformation Lead Position Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Department: Finance Location: Poland, Spain, or any European office with commercial business activities Job Type: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote (remote considered) Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic finance transformation across the organization. This role is responsible for connecting finance teams at manufacturing sites with central finance functions to streamline processes, align systems, and drive efficiency. We are looking for a proactive, self-driven professional who brings a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (office and manufacturing) and be empowered to lead transformation initiatives end-to-end. This is a high-impact role requiring autonomy, initiative, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Key Expertise for Finance Transformation Lead Core Finance Expertise (Manufacturing, FP&A, Reporting) • Deep understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes., • Experience working in or with manufacturing finance teams, with knowledge of cost accounting, plant controlling, and operations finance. Finance Transformation (Projects Execution-Focused) • Hands-on experience with finance transformation projects — focusing on reporting optimization, forecasting processes, data models, and performance management frameworks., • Ability to push transformation initiatives forward, not just design slides or frameworks — someone who delivers results, not just proposals., • Capable of identifying gaps, building business cases, and executing changes across regions, functions, and systems, • Ability to run, based on past experience, Finance and Ops transformation., • Project Management skills. Shared Services & ERP Implementation (Supporting Expertise) • Experience in or with Shared Service Centers (SSCs), particularly during AP/AR process migrations, standardization, or ERP integrations., • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and PMO best practices, particularly in the context of ERP or shared service implementation projects., • Understands how shared services fit into the broader finance operating model, but does not lead from a PMO-only perspective. Systems & Data • Working knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics) and experience integrating them with data warehouses and reporting platforms., • Comfort with data transformation, reporting automation, and streamlining system workflows for finance. Change Driver & Cross-Functional Partner • Works closely with operations, supply chain, commercial, and corporate finance teams., • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, challenge status quo, and drive adoption of new ways of working., • Capable of leading transformation without positional authority, by building relationships and communicating value. Global Finance Experience • Exposure to multinational environments, working across time zones, currencies, and compliance frameworks., • Operates with a global mindset, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams. Personal Attributes • Autonomous, driven, and proactive — capable of working independently while aligning with leadership strategy., • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and execution skills., • Has the resilience and influence to drive real change, not just propose it, • Positive Can-Do attitude, ability to find creative solutions Essential Skills & Experience: • Finance degree, 6-7 years of experience in finance with financial planning and forecasting tools, and FP&A reporting, • Strong experience in finance within manufacturing or operations-heavy environments, • Proven ability to lead or support finance transformation, including systems and reporting changes, • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, • Autonomous, initiative-taking and able to work independently and within global teams in international matrix structures, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities, • Experience with ERP systems and their integration with data warehousing solutions is highly desirable, • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels, • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, • Global mindset and experience working across diverse cultures and geographies Desirable Skills: • Understanding of PMO methodologies and project lifecycle management.
