What are we looking for? • Senior in Design Ops / Research Ops, • Experience in an international environment, • Methodical, autonomous, impact-oriented, • Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment What will your responsibilities be? The foundations of Design Ops are already well advanced, there are existing templates, structured processes and an implemented research repository (atomic research logic) However there's a loss of a UX researcher limited bandwidth on the part of the research manager and a significant obstacle: access to B2B users. The main objective is to streamline and industrialize user access, while maintaining and improving what already exists in Research Ops. Scope: 1⃣ User Access (Key Priority) • Structuring a B2B user panel, • Creating a direct link with travel agencies and airlines, • Reducing dependence on internal intermediaries, • Organizing and managing the panel 2⃣ Research Ops Maintenance and Improvement • Maintaining templates and processes, • Governing the repository, • Structuring the quality of learnings, • Ensuring the reuse of insights 3⃣ Adoption and Promotion • Promoting research practices internally, • Supporting stakeholders, • Organizing workshops if necessary 4⃣ One-off Research Contribution • Possibility of conducting 1 or 2 research projects as needed Desired Profile: You hold a university degree (or equivalent). You have at least 8 years of experience as a Design Ops or Research Ops professional. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is exceptional; strong soft skills are required to interact with diverse stakeholders. Advanced English (minimum C1 level) – this is an international organization that operates in English on a daily basis. Location: The office is in Madrid, operating on a hybrid model with two days a week in the office (Arturo Soria area).
