Our people are at the heart of our success. /p pbABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM: /b /p pThe Renewal (RW) field sales team builds and strengthens long‑term partnerships with local wedding vendors in the Venue and Catering segment across Spain. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager RW field team is to drive retention and growth of the existing client portfolio through successful management and development of their team. This position ensures the team is optimized and meets renewal productivity, revenue retention, and account expansion goals. The team size will be between 6 and 8 people. /p pbRESPONSIBILITIES: /b /p ul liBe responsible for the day‑to‑day line management of the national team of 6 to 8 sales representatives, with overall management support from the Sales Executive Manager. /li liManage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct retention and revenue growth outputs. /li liLead a team focused on managing a high volume of existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, renewal execution, and account expansion opportunities. /li liSupport and develop team members through active listening, empathy, performance monitoring, and two‑way feedback. /li liMentor those on the team with online and in‑person shadowing and role‑playing, providing tailored feedback and development plans to plan for succession within your team. /li liUse data insights to identify portfolio risks, churn drivers, and expansion opportunities, proposing strategic and scalable solutions. /li liEnsure the team executes a high‑quality consultative process focused on client retention and account expansion to minimize churn and maximize lifetime value. /li liTravel at least 2 weeks per month to meet clients, meet with the team, and for regular meetings at the Barcelona office. /li liControl team costs. /li /ul pbSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE: /b /p ul liShould be based in a major city: Madrid or Barcelona. /li liAbility to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English. /li liStrong results‑oriented mindset. /li liPrevious experience as a manager is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience as a salesperson, strong leadership skills, and a strong sense of team building are essential, with a passion for developing people and promoting ownership. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision, foster team growth, and manage teams effectively. /li liStrong ability to manage a high volume of accounts, prioritize effectively, and implement structured portfolio retention strategies. /li liExcellent communication, empathy, active listening, and feedback delivery skills. /li liAbility to analyze data and drive improvements. /li liB2B, SaaS, and SMB specific sales experience preferred. /li liMust be available to travel at least 2 weeks per month and must have their own vehicle. /li /ul pbWORK MODEL: /b /p pThis is a remote‑first role, however, candidates must be based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Sevilla.
