En Avincis nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro/a próximo/a Maintenance Manager Iberia, con ubicación en nuestro Centro de Mantenimiento en Mutxamel. Como adjunto directo al Director de Mantenimiento, este rol es responsable de apoyar la gestión técnica, operativa y estratégica de las actividades de mantenimiento de la flota de helicópteros y de las aeronaves mantenidas bajo el certificado EASA Part-145. Misión del puesto: Su propósito es garantizar la continuidad, coordinación y eficiencia operativa de las bases de mantenimiento dentro del territorio Iberia (España y Portugal), asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la seguridad operacional y la excelencia técnica en todas las operaciones. Responsabilidades principales: 1. Soporte a la dirección técnica • Apoyar al Director de Mantenimiento en la planificación, control y seguimiento de todas las actividades técnicas del área., • Sustituir al Director de Mantenimiento en sus ausencias o cuando sea delegado para ello., • Participar en la definición e implementación de la estrategia técnica, los objetivos operativos y los planes de mejora del área., • Supervisar la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos establecidos en el MOE y en la normativa Part-145. 2. Coordinación operativa • Coordinar las operaciones de mantenimiento de base y línea en las distintas bases de Iberia, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos y la optimización de recursos., • Monitorear la disponibilidad técnica de la flota y coordinar las acciones necesarias para reducir tiempos fuera de servicio (AOG)., • Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Ingeniería, Planificación, Calidad y Logística., • Asegurar la correcta gestión y priorización de las órdenes de trabajo, materiales y certificaciones. 3. Control de calidad y cumplimiento • Colaborar con el área de Calidad en la preparación y seguimiento de auditorías internas y externas., • Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos y documentales en las actividades de mantenimiento., • Proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas para mantener el más alto estándar de seguridad y conformidad técnica. 4. Gestión de personas y desarrollo técnico • Supervisar y coordinar al personal técnico asignado a las bases de mantenimiento bajo su responsabilidad., • Promover la formación continua, la actualización de licencias y la competencia técnica del equipo., • Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y seguridad dentro del área técnica. 5. Análisis y mejora continua • Participar en el seguimiento de indicadores clave (KPIs) del área técnica y en la elaboración de informes de gestión., • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, herramientas, comunicación y rendimiento técnico., • Contribuir activamente a los proyectos de digitalización, optimización de procesos y eficiencia operativa. Reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer, this role also oversees and coordinates the team of IT Business Partners, who act as the main interface between IT and the business, ensuring proper demand management, requirements gathering, and functional analysis to deliver effective and scalable technology solutions. Technical and functional skills • In-depth functional knowledge and experience in SAP and other key third-party business applications., • Experience in demand management and functional documentation, with proven ability to manage and track projects and tasks using platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana or similar., • Strong understanding of application architectures and digital transformation trends. Required experience • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in IT roles related to enterprise applications, with at least 3 years in a management role., • Proven experience managing enterprise applications (ERP, SAP, CRM, HR systems, etc.)., • Strong track record in vendor management, including contracts and budgets., • Proven experience working with the Microsoft collaboration stack (M365, Teams, SharePoint) and project management tools such as Azure DevOps. Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, the Fleet Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the aircraft fleet. This role focuses on optimizing asset performance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and supporting procurement and bid processes. It plays a critical part in ensuring fleet standardization, utilization, and commercial efficiency across the organization. The selected person may be based at any of our offices located in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Sweden, or Norway. Main responsibilities: • Maintaining effective communications and delivery of effective relationship management with external stakeholders, primarily OEMS and Lessors., • Delivering leadership with asset types within the portfolio, across multiple internal stakeholders remaining closely aligned to regional CAMO teams and Fleet Managers., • Supporting bid solutions through the identification of configuration requirements and asset availability, seeking priced solutions from key partners., • Providing support to the Group Supply Chain Director with the development of external requirements, configurations and RFP management., • Maintaining effective fleet plans with support of the Fleet Planning and Utilisation Manager, to one consistent standard. Using these to support CAPEX/investment requirements and asset utilization and optimisation as well as maintain up to date records along side MSN/tail registrations., • Analyzing the spend profile and defining in conjunction with key business owners, appropriate through life cost of ownership strategies to achieve the business needs., • Establishing and maintaining up to date Account Management plans to support effective strategic support where and when required., • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are in place working with Group Supply Chain and CAMO/ Part 145; are competed where value can be achieved, are valid and adequately reflect the level of performance both required and delivered., • Driving commercial performance through effective KPI contract management., • Proven track record of experience in Aviation Sector, managing large fleets in complex organisations., • A strong drive for results and action., • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with quantitative and analytical skills., • Business Planning & Strategy, influencing strategy development and deployment across the organisation., • Problem solving and creativity, encouraging innovation, applying a range of creative solutions to solving complex problems., • Naturally inclusive and collaborative, with the ability to influence and navigate across multiple functions and regions., • Trust & Ethics, helping ensure that ethics and proper business conduct are applied across the company., • High personal integrity and a strong moral compass. Responsabilidades específicas Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia técnica del Centro de Excelencia (CoE) de Celonis, garantizando su alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Impulsar la evolución técnica, el mantenimiento y la mejora continua de los casos de uso de Celonis implementados en la organización. Evaluar e incorporar nuevas tecnologías, metodologías y patrones de integración para fortalecer las capacidades de process mining. Liderar el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de modelos de datos, knowledge models, KPIs y marcos de orquestación en Celonis. Garantizar la operación estable y el rendimiento óptimo de la plataforma y herramientas Celonis. Ofrecer soporte técnico y resolución de incidencias en entornos productivos y de desarrollo. Supervisar actualizaciones, parches, configuraciones y optimizaciones de rendimiento de la plataforma. Mantener una documentación técnica completa, con guías de configuración y buenas prácticas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de gobierno y seguridad de datos, así como estándares regulatorios aplicables. Monitorizar y resolver problemas de calidad de datos, garantizando la exactitud y consistencia de los análisis de procesos. Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar aplicaciones Celonis adaptadas a necesidades de negocio específicas. Personalizar y ampliar funcionalidades de Celonis para cubrir requerimientos complejos de procesos. Crear dashboards e informes interactivos que generen insights accionables para los usuarios. Desarrollar automatizaciones y scripts (Action Flows, Orchestration Engine, Python) para optimizar procesos y reducir tareas manuales. Mejorar y evolucionar continuamente las aplicaciones Celonis en base a feedback de usuarios y prioridades del negocio. Habilidades y cualificaciones requeridas Experiencia: 3 a 5 años de experiencia práctica en process mining, con dominio sólido de Celonis EMS. Experiencia demostrada en el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones y modelos de datos en Celonis de forma end-to-end. Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en SQL, ETL, bases de datos relacionales y Python. Experiencia en extracción e integración de datos desde SAP ERP. Conocimientos en herramientas de reporting como Power BI son un plus. Capacidad analítica avanzada y habilidad para aplicar soluciones tecnológicas a problemas de negocio reales. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos (gestión de backlog, priorización y coordinación de equipos) en roles senior o de liderazgo técnico. Formación: Grado o máster en un campo relevante. Se valorará certificación Celonis (Data Engineer / Implementation Professional). Idiomas: Dominio fluido de español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito, para interactuar con stakeholders en entornos internacionales.
