FP&A Manager South Europe Cluster THE JOB The position is leading the Value Creation architecture from a financial perspective, and is a pivotal role in setting, reaching and monitoring the key strategic KPI Financial objectives to deliver business objective in the year and 3 years horizon, leading financial forecasting progress and business performance insights. Next to this, this role is the liaison between the Finance Business Partners within the cluster and the CFO and the Leadership team. • Manager role: Leading the team and organizing the work across the Clusters Business Partner team, and showcase GLM behavior; drive engagement and development of the Business Partnering team. Define role and responsibility across Business Partner and drive clear accountability across SOP process., • Financial process: Provide assessment of Cluster against priorities in the year, provide financial forecast, analysis and insights for Cluster IRR., • Performance measurement: The team is in charge to provide relevant reporting to measure financial performance, investment ROI, quantify Risk and Opportunity, support relevant projects. Provide insights and analysis to deliver the plan via set of reporting and dashboarding to drive financial performance., • Collaboration: Be the linking pin between the Cluster and the regional Finance team., • Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalization. The job holder has to manage an efficient and well-structured finance organization under his/her responsibility and direct the development of staff under his/her supervision, in order to ensure their development and contribution to overall Company objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team: • Responsible for leading the Clusters Business Partner team, and showcase GLM behavior; drive engagement and development of the Business Partner team., • Drive engagement and collaboration across the finance team as member for cluster Finance LT., • Support and be engaged the European Business Partner community., • Serve as the linking pin between the Cluster and the regional S&F team. Financial Analysis and Planning: • Ensure an efficient and effective period close process that delivers complete and accurate figures., • Drive financial forecast, business performance driver and R&O as part of IRR S&OP process., • Lead the Annual Execution Planning process., • Provide financial guidance and business partnering support to Cluster to steer value creation., • Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Strategic Thinking: • Support CFO by creating the value creation roadmap of the cluster., • Proactively identify new ways of working, tools and opportunities, leading to efficiency increase in the business., • Manage continuous improvement initiatives related to the function (it could be such transformation / digitalization projects related to the function scope etc). Governance: • Ensure proper governance mindset across the business and liaise with the G&C team to streamline processes.
