GTM Engineering Intern Company Mirage Metrics builds AI agents and operational software for industrial companies in logistics, construction, mining, manufacturing and infrastructure. We work on real operational problems: document automation, order intake, transport billing, tender analysis, site reporting, operational control, data platforms and AI copilots deployed inside complex organizations. Our systems connect to existing tools, read operational documents, structure messy data, automate manual workflows and give teams better control over execution. Role The GTM Engineering Intern will help build the commercial engine behind Mirage Metrics. This is not a classic sales internship. It sits between engineering, research, sales, strategy and operations. The goal is to identify the right companies, understand how they work, map their pain points and turn that understanding into precise outreach, demos, proposals and internal tools. You will work close to the founders and engineering team. You will help Mirage find the right customers, understand their workflows, and translate commercial opportunities into concrete AI deployment projects. Responsibilities • Build targeted lists of companies in logistics, construction, mining, manufacturing and infrastructure., • Identify the right decision-makers: CEOs, COOs, CIOs, operations directors, supply chain directors, transformation leaders and finance teams., • Research each company’s operations, systems, workflows, documents and likely bottlenecks., • Understand where AI agents, data platforms or automation tools could create value., • Write highly personalized outbound messages based on the prospect’s real context., • Prepare short client-specific notes showing how Mirage Metrics could help., • Support the creation of sales materials, proposals, demos, landing pages and sector-specific use case documents., • Use AI tools to accelerate research, qualification, copywriting, data enrichment and workflow automation., • Build internal tools to improve prospecting, lead scoring, CRM hygiene, campaign tracking and follow-up., • Analyze campaign performance and improve messaging based on replies, meetings booked and client feedback., • Join selected sales calls and help translate client problems into concrete technical opportunities., • Work with the engineering team to understand what we can build, what we should sell and how to explain it clearly.
