The successful candidate will be the company's third Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the CEO and business leaders to recruit internationally across every function, with a strong focus on tech, while helping shape how recruitment evolves as the company grows beyond 100 employees. This is a new, high-impact role to own safety and compliance on a very large consumer product. It is a product role rather than a policy or operations one. The company's products include adult content, so candidates must be fully comfortable working with this material.
