Contract: Full-time, Permanent Work-mode: On-site Location: Dubai, UAE (Work Permit will be provided if needed) Salary: Up to 20,000AED per month (tax-free, depending on experience) Responsibilities • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, and communication needs, • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental profile and family goals, • Prepare detailed assessment and progress reports in line with clinical and regulatory standards, • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multi-disciplinary colleagues to support therapy outcomes, • Apply a range of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Makaton, PECS®, PROMPT©, SCERTS®, and TEACCH® (where relevant), • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance practice, • Contribute to case discussions, team meetings, and service development initiatives, • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational requirements Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Therapy, • Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatric practice with a stamped reference from a previous employer, • Licensed with (or eligible for) Dubai Health Authority (DHA), • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car, • Proficient in writing professional assessments and progress reports, • Fluent in English (written and spoken), • Experience with Makaton, PECS®, PROMPT©, SCERTS®, or TEACCH® approaches is desirable Benefits • Competitive and tax-free monthly salary (AED 15,000 – 20,000), • Employer-provided UAE Visa and Work Permit, • Comprehensive health insurance and benefits, • Possible relocation payment support, • 30 days paid annual leave, • Annual flight ticket contribution, • Monthly clinical supervision, • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, • Supportive, collaborative, and multi-disciplinary team environment
