Requirements Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is an advantage. Creativity and Innovation: A strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, innovative design concepts. Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality design work with an eye for detail and consistency. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Responsibilities Design Support: Assist the design team in creating visual assets for marketing materials, websites, presentations, and social media platforms. Help design digital and print graphics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Branding and Creative Collaboration: Contribute to the development of creative concepts and assist in producing assets for campaigns and branding initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure design materials meet project requirements and deadlines. Content Creation: Assist in the creation and editing of images, infographics, and promotional materials. Ensure that design content is consistent with the company’s brand image and style guide. Feedback and Revisions: Work on design revisions and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve the final product.
