About PHIX PHIX is a premium menswear brand inspired by the spirit of the 60s and 70s. On the back of our recent collaborations with The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, are we working on the next phase of the brands expansion. Combining tailoring, rock and roll attitude, vintage influences and luxury craftsmanship, PHIX has built a global customer base and is worn by musicians, artists and tastemakers around the world. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to help shape the future of the brand. Reporting directly to the Founder who is based in our Madrid office, this person will lead PHIX's organic marketing function, overseeing social media, influencer strategy, creative direction, content production and brand storytelling. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building one of the most distinctive premium menswear brands in the market. The Opportunity We are looking for someone who can shape the way PHIX is seen, felt and remembered. Someone with a genuine understanding of fashion, music, culture and modern marketing and the taste level to make a brand feel desirable. The right person will know how to turn products into stories, launches into moments and content into something people genuinely want to engage with. You will lead the brand’s organic marketing presence across social media, influencer partnerships, campaign storytelling, content production and creative direction. Working directly with the Founder, you will help define how PHIX presents itself to a global audience. You will manage a growing team of creatives and work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, influencers and external partners to continue elevating the PHIX brand across every channel. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Leadership • Lead PHIX's marketing strategy globally, • Work directly with the Founder on brand growth and creative marketing initiatives, • Help define the future direction of the PHIX brand, • Develop marketing strategies around collections, launches and collaborations, • Ensure all marketing activity strengthens brand desirability and premium positioning, • Build and manage the organic marketing team as the business grows Social Media Strategy • Own social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms, • Oversee content calendars and publishing schedules, • Drive audience growth, engagement and brand awareness, • Ensure all content feels premium, aspirational and culturally relevant, • Identify new content opportunities and platform trends, • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Influencer, Talent & Partnership Strategy • Lead PHIX's influencer and creator marketing programme, • Build relationships with influencers, musicians, artists, stylists and cultural tastemakers, • Develop gifting, seeding and partnership strategies, • Identify talent aligned with the PHIX aesthetic and customer, • Oversee negotiations, collaborations and long-term partnerships, • Measure performance and continuously improve results Creative Direction • Oversee the creative direction of all social and content output, • Develop campaign concepts, content themes and storytelling ideas, • Create moodboards, references and creative briefs, • Direct photoshoots, content shoots and behind-the-scenes productions, • Ensure all creative output reflects the premium positioning of the brand, • Maintain exceptionally high creative standards across every touchpoint Meta Creative Strategy • Lead creative development for Meta advertising, • Work alongside the paid media team to identify winning creative concepts, • Develop new content angles, video concepts and storytelling formats, • Help bridge the gap between brand building and commercial performance, • Ensure advertising creative remains both premium and commercially effective Content Production • Oversee photographers, videographers, editors and content creators, • Manage content planning and production schedules, • Ensure a constant pipeline of high-quality content, • Improve creative workflows and production processes, • Review and approve content before publication Brand Storytelling • Create compelling narratives around collections, products and collaborations, • Build emotional connections between customers and the brand, • Bring together fashion, music, culture and craftsmanship within marketing campaigns, • Ensure messaging remains consistent across all channels, • Help transform products into stories customers genuinely connect with Team Leadership • Lead and develop the social, content and influencer team, • Manage freelancers, agencies and external creative partners, • Set objectives, expectations and creative standards, • Build a culture of creativity, accountability and excellence, • Mentor and develop team members as the department grows Launch & Campaign Management • Lead launch strategies for collections and collaborations, • Coordinate social media, content and influencer activity around launches, • Create anticipation and excitement around key drops, • Work closely with ecommerce, email and paid media teams, • Ensure every launch receives maximum organic impact Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience working within fashion, luxury, premium lifestyle or menswear brands, • Proven experience leading social media, content or influencer marketing functions, • Strong understanding of luxury and aspirational brand positioning, • Experience planning and directing fashion campaigns, content shoots and creative projects, • Experience managing influencers, creators, stylists or talent partnerships, • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and modern content platforms, • Strong understanding of Meta creative and content testing, • Exceptional visual taste and creative judgement, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Excellent communication and organisational abilities, • Fluent English required, • Based in Madrid or willing to relocat Ideal Candidate You are obsessed with fashion, music, culture and creativity. You understand why certain brands become iconic whilst others simply sell products. You have outstanding creative instincts, strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how modern brands grow. You can review a campaign concept, direct a shoot, brief an influencer, analyse content performance and inspire a creative team. Most importantly, you know how to build desire around a brand.
