Operational Excellence • Oversee the consolidation of multi-currency, multi-entity accounts with full compliance., • Ensure robust tax planning and risk management across all jurisdictions, working with specialist advisors., • Lead financial and legal due diligence for any M&A activity, producing insight-driven reports and recommendations., • Standardise group-wide financial policies, controls, and processes for scalability.
